Cancellations & Returns
If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with me on eBay. If the purchase has already been dispatched, you may return the items within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund (upon receipt of the item(s)) as stated on eBay, though you will need to pay for the return postage. The original postage costs will not be refunded. Additionally, I cannot take any responsibility for the loss or damage to a return in transit. Lost or damaged items may affect the amount of refund. If the item(s) have been used in any way or have been customised specifically for you, I'm afraid the returns policy stated above does not apply.
